Jet Buzz Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

Welcome to Jet Buzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Jet Buzz ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the Jet Buzz website accessible at jetbuzz.link and all related services, games, and betting markets available thereon.

By creating an account on Jet Buzz, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. We strongly recommend reading all sections carefully before registering.

Jet Buzz is an online sports and gaming betting platform designed and operated specifically for players based in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supported payment methods are limited to those commonly used in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard.

To register and maintain an account on Jet Buzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any Jet Buzz employee or contractor.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any local laws or regulations that apply to your specific situation.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Jet Buzz account. Attempts to open or maintain more than one account — regardless of the email address, phone number, or device used — constitute a material breach of these Terms. Jet Buzz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any balances within them, and void any bets placed from them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to Jet Buzz support.

All deposits on Jet Buzz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

Jet Buzz currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are not permitted and will be reversed where identified. Jet Buzz will not be liable for any losses resulting from a reversed third-party deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Jet Buzz wallet upon confirmation of the incoming transaction. Jet Buzz does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals from your Jet Buzz wallet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Jet Buzz does not charge any withdrawal fees.

Withdrawals are typically processed as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually completed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are generally instant. IBFT bank transfers complete within two hours during standard banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

To receive a withdrawal, you must have completed any applicable identity verification requirements. Jet Buzz reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. These may include a copy of your national ID (CNIC), proof of the payment method, and a selfie for identity confirmation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

Jet Buzz reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms abuse, or account compromise. In such cases, we will contact you via the registered email or phone number to resolve the matter before processing.

All bets placed on Jet Buzz are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, market, odds, and stake — before confirming.

Jet Buzz displays odds in decimal format. The potential return shown on your betslip at the time of placing the bet is indicative. For live in-play bets, odds may change between selection and confirmation due to market movement. In such cases, the system will notify you of the updated odds and ask for confirmation before accepting the bet.

Minimum and maximum stakes apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed on the betslip at the time of placing the bet.

In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or otherwise failing to reach a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to your wallet. Specific rules for individual sports and markets may differ from this general rule and are available in the relevant sport's dedicated help section on the platform.

Palpable errors — where odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault or human error that results in odds that are clearly out of line with the true market — may be voided at Jet Buzz's discretion. We will always notify affected players promptly in such situations and refund the original stake in full.

Jet Buzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a real-money account and completed any applicable verification requirements.
• Each player may only claim each specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the point of claim.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets in markets where the outcome effectively covers all possible results (e.g., backing both teams to win in separate bets using bonus funds from the same promotion).
• Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion details will expire automatically without the ability to reinstate them.
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The Welcome Bonus, where available, applies only to a player's first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a Jet Buzz account under any identity.

The Refer a Friend programme allows eligible players to earn a bonus when they refer a new player to Jet Buzz and that new player completes a qualifying first deposit. Bonuses earned through referral are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard promotional bonuses. Self-referrals — referring yourself via a second account — will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Jet Buzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Pakistan. We believe betting should remain an enjoyable activity and never become a source of financial or emotional distress. The following tools are available to every Jet Buzz account holder at no cost and without any restriction on future account usage:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timer: Set a time limit for your betting session. When the limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be given the option to end the session.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend your account from all betting activity for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Promotional emails are also paused during any cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the requested period, which can range from six months to indefinite. Promotional communications cease immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Jet Buzz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Creating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using the platform in any way that exploits a technical error, odds error, or any platform vulnerability to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in match fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of insider betting based on non-public information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software of any kind to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Laundering money through the platform — including using deposited funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gambling activity.
• Colluding with other players or Jet Buzz staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing your account with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Claiming the same promotion, bonus, or free bet more than once through any means.

Jet Buzz monitors betting activity using automated systems and human review. Unusual patterns — such as consistently placing bets immediately before odds changes, systematically targeting palpable errors, or placing bets that appear to be based on advance knowledge of outcomes — will trigger a review. Affected bets may be suspended pending investigation.

All content on the Jet Buzz platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, data, and betting odds — is the property of Jet Buzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to view and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting activity only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Jet Buzz content without our explicit written permission. Using Jet Buzz's name, logo, or branding in any third-party context — including social media profiles designed to impersonate the platform — is strictly prohibited.

Jet Buzz provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party connectivity issues may occasionally affect availability.

Jet Buzz is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of: platform downtime during a live betting event; delays in your Easypaisa or JazzCash payment caused by the mobile money provider; or decisions made by you as a bettor based on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves incorrect due to a data feed error beyond our control.

In no event shall Jet Buzz's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Jet Buzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for purposes including account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

Jet Buzz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will notify you via the email address or phone number registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Jet Buzz platform after any amendments have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Jet Buzz is registered and operates. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are evolving and agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws that govern their own personal situation.

Any dispute between you and Jet Buzz that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to binding arbitration in the first instance before either party may initiate formal legal proceedings.
