No. Each person is allowed exactly one Jet Buzz account. Creating duplicate accounts — even under a different email or phone number — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset tool on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Jet Buzz. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. We verify age at registration and may request CNIC or other identity documents at any point. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is permanently closed immediately. Identity verification (KYC) is typically required before your first withdrawal or if our systems flag any compliance concern. You'll be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie. Keeping your account verified means faster, uninterrupted withdrawals every time.

Both can be updated from your account settings once you're logged in. Go to Account Settings → Security to change your password. To update your email, go to Account Settings → Personal Details. A verification step is required for email changes to confirm the update is authorised. You can request permanent account closure by contacting support@jetbuzz.link or through the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Permanent closure cannot be undone — once closed, you can re-register only with verified new details and only after a cooling-off period. Account suspensions can happen for several reasons: a self-exclusion or cool-off period you previously requested, a pending KYC verification, or a compliance review. If you've set a cool-off yourself, the account will automatically restore when the period ends. If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible (typically before the minimum number of overs required for a Duckworth-Lewis result), all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your Jet Buzz balance. If the match has a DLS result, bets are settled according to that official result. Yes, Jet Buzz allows accumulator (multi-bet) wagers combining multiple cricket selections. Your accumulator odds are calculated by multiplying individual selection odds together, giving significantly higher potential returns than single bets.
